Den skålen du ska vispa äggvitorna i ska rengöras grundligt för att få bort ev fettrester. Torka skålen med hushållspapper och med några droppar citronsaft.
- 2,4 dl (1 cup) socker
- 2,4 dl (1 cup) mjöl
- 1,2 dl (1/2 cup) kakao
- 3/4 tsk bakpulver
- 3/4 tsk bikarbonat
- 1/2 tsk salt
- 1 ägg
- 1,75 dl (3/4 cup) grekisk yoghurt eller gräddfil
- 1,2 dl (1/2 cup) majonnäs Hellmans
- 1 tsk vaniljsocker
- 1,2 dl (1/2 cup) kokt vatten
Cookie Dough Frosting
En sats räcker till två lager fyllning i tårtan eller till att frosta en tårta.

Ingredienser:
- 150 g smör sumstempererat
- 1 dl (1/2 cup – 2 msk) brun farin strö eller socker (fint mald)
- 4 stora msk mjöl (vill du inte äta rå mjöl, rosta den i ugnen innan)
- 1 tsk vaniljsocker eller pasta
- 3/4 -1 dl ( upp till 1/2 cup) vispgrädde
Vispa smöret och brun farin lätt och fluffigt. Vispa i mjölet till en jämn smet.
Vispa i lite grädde i taget tills du uppnår rätt konsistent.
Easy Vanilla Buttercream
En sats räcker till att fylla eller frosta en tårta eller 20-24 cupcakes
Tid: 20 minuter + tid att kyla krämen

Ingredienser :
- 1 cup,(2,4 dl) mjölk
- 3 stora msk mjöl
- 1 cup ( ) smör rumstempererat (får inte smälta)
- 0,5 cup (1,25dl) florsocker
- 1 tsk vaniljsocker eller pasta
- ev lite ätbar gelefärg
Koka upp mjölk och mjöl i en kastrull på spisen under omrörning. Sänk värmen och fortsätt puttra under konstant omrörning för minst 4-5 minuter. Låt krämen kallna helt. När den är riktigt kall har den stelnat. Vispa lätt i den för ca 5-10 sec.
Vispa smör, och florsocker vit och luftigt. Addera en msk kräm åt gången och vispa jämt mellan. Smaksätt med vanilj. Det blir en mycket god och stabil vaniljkräm som kan spritsas och håller formen. Den är perfekt eftersom den är lagon söt.
- 150 g choklad
- 1/2 dl vispgrädde




In English:
- 1 cups sugar
- 1 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 eggs
- 3/4 cup yoghurt, or sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup boiling water
In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder; set aside.
In large bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beat in Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise at low speed until blended. Alternately beat in flour mixture with water, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. On wire racks, cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely.
Cookie Dough frosting
Ingredients:
- 150 g butter sumstempererat
- 1 cup (1/2 cup – 2 tablespoons ) brown sugar sprinkle or sugar ( finely ground )
- 4 large tablespoons of flour ( you do not eat raw flour , roast it in the oven before)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 -1 cup ( up to 1/2 cup) whipping cream
Beat the butter and brown sugar light and fluffy . Whisk in flour until smooth .
Whisk in a little cream at a time until you achieve the right consistently .
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons flour, unbleached or all-purpose
- 1 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectionary sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a little food coloring
In a sauce pan whisk together the milk and the flour. Stir constantly over medium high heat until thickened, this will take a few minutes. Set aside to cool until the bottom of the pan is warm to the touch. To cool mixture quickly .place the mixing bowl in the fridge for a couple of minutes.
While the thickened milk mixture is cooling, combine and beat the butter, sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until light and creamy, about a minute.
Take the cooled, thickened milk mixture and give it a stir. Then add a tablespoon at a time to the butter mixture, beating on medium high speed until all the milk mixture is added. Beat an additional minute or two until the frosting is smooth and extra creamy.
If the butter is really soft and the frosting seems like it isn’t thick enough, place the mixing bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes and beat again until smooth and extra creamy.
Assembly the cake:
Share Angel Food Cake in two. Spread half the cookie dough frosting on, put the chocolate cake on top , spread on the rest of the cookie dough frosting and add the last of the second half Angel Food Cake . Frost cake with vanilla cream. I saved about 1/4 part vanilla cream that I colored in a dark shade . Was not really black , although it looks like in the picture but dark gray. Had a tablespoon of cocoa to get deeper color . I frosted the cake with vanilla cream, I frosted in about 3 layers, I put the cake in the freezer for about 10 minutes in between frosting. It´s more easier to do that if the cake it´s cool.
Finally , I took the colored cream and spackle on the cake for a messie unfinished look.
Chocolate drizzle
Ingredients:
- 150 g chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Heat the cream on the stove until it almost boils. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate in pieces.
Stir until the chocolate has melted . Let cool slightly until it becomes a little thicker, slightly slow moving so you can control how you dizzle it on the cake. Use back of a soon to push down on the edges of the cake. Decorating the cake before ganachen has solidified .
Decoration :
Now to the fun part. Just let your creativity flow, or go crazzy so to speak. Everything you love, want to, you should put on the cake. There are no rules for what goes together with what without rocking on only .
My son’s birthday cake was decoreated with Oreos , Fingers , cookies , cupcakes , donuts, large and small , Daim rice, pistachio nuts and popcorn, lots of popcorn.
