
Happy Halloween!
- 2,75 cups ( mjöl
- 1 tsk bakpulver
- 1 tsk salt
- 1 cup (2,4 dl) smör rumstempererat
- 1 cup (2,4 dl) florsocker
- 1 ägg
- 1 tsk vanilj
- 1 tsk mandel essens ev

Under tiden sätt ugnen på 175º.

Dekorering:
- ca 40 mandlar med skal
- lite smält choklad färgat rött
- lite kakao

Låt fingrarna kallna helt och chokladen stelna. Förvara fingrarna i burk med lock.
Visst ser dem äckliga ut?
- 2-3/4 cups white flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract if desire
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In another large bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the egg, vanilla and almond extract until well incorporated.
Add in the flour mixture in three batches, mixing between each batch. In the end, dough should come together.
Cover the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the owen to 175º.
Take a bit of the dough, when rolled it’s about the size of a finger. I use a small ice cream scoop to make uniform sizes.
Shape the roll into fingers by pinching in two places to form the knuckles.
Press the top of the tapered end with your index finger. Place a almond and press down a bit.
Tear off a small piece of the other end so that this part doesn’t look too perfect. Score the knuckles with a knife. Place in a tray and chill for at least 1 hour. I din´t have tha time to cill so I but them in a freezer for about 15 minutes.
Bake in the middle of your owen for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes after baking.
Ingrediens decorating:
- about 40-45 almond
- 8-10 Red Candy Melts
- cacao
In the meanwhille melt the candy melts.
Lift every almonds , add a little chocolate on the back and around the edges and push it back on the finger .
Dip the other end in the chocolate and then place it on a baking sheet . Brush some cocoa powder on the finger cookies. Brush more on the knuckles and around the nail.
Let your fingers cool completely and the chocolate harden. Keep your fingers in the jar with a lid.
